As any avid gardener will know, keeping your property well groomed with an immaculate lawn and neat shrubbery is not all that easy. What is more difficult is knowing what to do with the debris that you have cleared away – more often than not, the twigs and leaves simply won’t fit in the bin that has been designated for garden waste.

If this describes your problem, you might never have considered tree chippers for sale as being the solution. Whilst these machines tend to be a little on the expensive side, if you can get your hands on a used model you will be able to mulch up all of the leaves, twigs and lawn clippings that you have cleared away from your property.

This will make the garden debris easier to squash into your bins, as well as lessen the chances that you will accidentally impale yourself when trying to shove it all in. You could also use the mulch to feed your compost heap or to cover your garden beds, protecting them from weed growth and helping to retain water.

There are a number of ways that you can find used tree chippers for sale; many stockists who sell brand new machines will quite often have a few second hand models sitting in their yard, for example. You could also buy online, through a website like eBay, or you could keep an eye on the local paper. Once you do find a chipper, however, you’ll wonder how you ever got by without one.
